+How long does the battery last?: The built-in rechargeable Li-ion 5000mAH battery supports up to 7-8 hours of playtime or two phone charges.
+How do you charge the backpack?: There is a USB 2.0 cord located in the hidden back pocket to charge your Speaker Backpack. A red indictor light on the bottom control panel will turn on when charging. The indictor light will turn off when charge is complete.
+Is the backpack waterproof?: No, but it's water-resistant. So rain is okay but swimming with your backpack is not - weirdo.

+How many watts are the speakers?: There are two speakers at 5W each.
+Is the backpack washable?: Are you kidding, no way! Spot Clean Only.
+My device can't find the Speaker Backpack via Bluetooth anymore. What do I do?: It's very likely the backpack is connected to another device. Especially, if that device is within reach. Disconnect from the device, turn off the backpack, and turn on the backpack to reattempt pairing.
